Important Entry Info
1. Everyone needs a wristband to enter the festival, which is included in every ticket purchase. The QR code from DICE does not give you access to the festival.
2. Anyone who selected the shipping option at checkout will have their wristband shipped to them to the address that they entered at checkout. Wristbands will begin being shipped on early May. All wristbands will arrive to the shipping address you added at checkout before the festival begins. If you did not receive your wristband before the festival, please go to Will Call (or early Will Call) to pick it up.
3. All ticket orders made after May 30th at 11:59 pm must have their wristbands picked up from the Will Call line at the Box Office. You need a photo ID matching the name on the ticket order and the credit card used to make the purchase. If the original purchaser is unavailable, a photo of the ID and credit card will be accepted for wristband pickup.
4. If you need help with your ticket order or wristband or need a replacement, please go to the Box Office/Will Call. When a new wristband is issued, the replaced wristband will be deactivated. There is a $35 fee for wristband replacement. Please note: in order to replace a wristband, the person who originally purchased the ticket must be present with a matching photo ID and the credit card they used to make the purchase. If the original purchaser is unavailable, a photo of the credit card and ID will be accepted.
5. Parking passes will NOT arrive with your wristband shipment. You will use the QR code from your parking pass purchase to enter the parking lot every day. The parking attendant will scan your pass every day.
6. Cash is not accepted—card only for ticket purchases and/or replacement fees.
Early Will Call
There will be Early WilL Call for Wristband pickup at both Avondale Music Hall and SeatGeek Stadium in the weeks leading up to the festival.

Festival Will Call
We will be selling wristbands, issuing replacements, and doing wristband pickup at the SeatGeek Stadium

General Information
— The gates open at 3 p.m. on Friday and at 1 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
— The daily schedule can be found on the Summer Smash mobile app. Please enable notifications to receive alerts about schedule changes and other important information during the festival.
— We have a strict bag policy. Please read the information below (on the FAQ page) that provides details about the items allowed and prohibited at the festival.
— Free water stations are available throughout the festival. You may bring in one empty disposable 12oz water bottle to fill at the water stations.
Wristband & ticket information
— To pick up your wristband, please go to the Will Call lines at the Festival Box Office. If your wristband shipment did not arrive in time, please go to Will Call.
— Every ticket purchaser needs a wristband to enter. The QR codes from DICE will not get you into the festival. You need to pick up a wristband from the Will Call line at the Festival Box Office located at SeatGeek Stadium.
— If you need help with your wristband or a replacement, please go to the customer service line at the Festival Box Office at SeatGeek Stadium.
parking, rideshare, and shuttle
— If you purchased a 3-day parking pass, you need the QR code from DICE to enter the lot.- We have shuttle passes for sale. There are multiple routes and the shuttle service provides transportation to the festival and return service from the festival.
— There is a dedicated pickup and dropoff area for rideshare (Ex. Uber) at the festival with free WiFi.
Do you have lOST and found?
Yes, we do have lost and found. Please go to the info tent at SeatGeek Stadium. Please visit the info booth outside the festival gates located near the WIll Call tent for info on lost items.
Can i get a refund if I can't Attend?
No. There are no refunds.
How do I get help regarding my festival ticket?

Covid Policy
At this time, the Summer Smash does not have any Covid related requirements for entry. However, this is subject to change. The safety of all patrons is our top priority, and we will continue to work in conjunction with city health officials to ensure we follow all appropriate guidelines. WHere is the summer smash festival taking place?
The Summer Smash Festival is taking place in the Chicago suburb of Bridgeview at the SeatGeek Stadium.
Is the event all ages?
Yes, all ticket types are all ages.
How can I buy tickets?
The only place to buy tickets is on thesummersmash.com and our ticketing partner Dice. Do not buy tickets from any other third-party website that is not thesummersmash.com or dice.com.
What forms of ID will be accepted?
Only government issued forms of ID will be accepted for will call and any other age restricted things.
Are there any third party vendors for tickets?
No, tickets should only be purchased from thesummersmash.com or known direct affiliates.

What time will gates open?

What is your refund policy?
Summer Smash is a rain or shine event. No refunds, exchanges, all purchases are nontransferable. All event information, including lineup and venue, are subject to change.
Will lockers and chargers be available?
Yes, chargers and lockers will be available at the festival.

Bag & Water Bottle policy
ALL bags will be searched upon entry to the festival. Backpacks and large bags with multiple pockets will not be permitted inside.We strongly recommend you bring a clear or mesh (see through) bag for entry to the festival.
We allow the following bags:
— Small bags, small purses, and fanny packs with a max size of W9.7" x H5" (inches). They must have no more than 1 pocket.
— Drawstring bags with one main pocket not larger than W15" x H18" (inches)
— Small Hydration back packs (must be empty upon arrival) with no more than two small pockets in addition to the main reservoir.If you bring a bag with more than 1 pocket, it must be fully clear and made up of clear material or mesh (see-through) and be no larger than W12" x H12" x D6" (inches).
Water Bottles:
You may enter with 1 EMPTY 16.9oz DISPOSABLE plastic water bottle to refill (like an Ice Mountain, Dasani, or Aquafina bottle). No reusable water bottles like a Yeti, Nalgene, or Stanley are allowed to enter.
Wristband Replacements
If you need a replacement you will need to purchase a new wristband at the box office upon arrival at the festival (replacements will not be shipped).
Replacement wristbands are $35.
The original purchaser must be present with a matching valid photo ID and credit card to be issued a new wristband. If the original purchaser cannot be present, they can also receive support by presenting a photocopy of the credit card used to purchase the ticket and a photocopy of the original purchaser's ID. If there are multiple wristbands in one order, all wristbands must be present in order to activate the lost wristband.
How do I see the festival Map and Schedule?
The festival map & schedule are available on the Official Summer Smash Mobile App! Please search “the summer smash” on iOS App Store or Android Google Play to download.
Is there free water?
Yes, there are multiple free water-filling stations throughout the festival. You are allowed to bring in one empty 16.9oz disposable water bottle to refill while you're at the festival. Each water-filling station marked on the festival map has multiple filling taps.
What can/can't I bring in to the festival?
Electronics
NO: Audio recording devices. Drones, selfie sticks or tripods. Video cameras or detachable lens cameras without media pass. Walkie Talkies.
YES: Cameras (non-pro). GoPros and flip cams. Mobile phones and chargers.
Chemical Products and Hazards
NO: Aerosol products/cans. Drugs or drug paraphernalia. Fireworks or explosives. Glass or metal containers. Laser pointers. Glow sticks or LED gloves. Pepper spray or mace. Sharpies, markers or paint pens. Weapons of any kind.
YES: Chapstick and lip balm. Sunblock (non-aerosol). Eye drops (sealed/unopened). Hand sanitizer and baby wipes. Makeup. Medication (over-the-counter sealed/unopened, Rx must have label with matching ID and all same pills - no mixing).
Food/Beverage
NO: Metal, steel, or aluminum water bottles. Outside food or beverage.
YES: Disposable Water bottles (empty, plastic, reusable, non-metal, 16.9 oz, 1 per guest)
Recreation
NO: Chairs or coolers. Bicycles, skates, scooters, or skateboards. Hula hoops. Hoverboards or segways. Stuffed animals or inflatables. Umbrellas.
YES: Baby strollers. Binoculars. Sunglasses. Towels, sheets, and blankets.
Miscellaneous
NO: Air horns or noisemakers. Flyers, samples, giveaways, or promotional items. Instruments. Pets or other animals. Stuffed animals or inflatables. Tarps.
